“Tom and Kelley are really the best brokers I have ever met. When I first started looking at homes, I contacted the agents for each home on Zillow/Redfin, so I have meat at least 30 different brokers. Tom and Kelley are the only brokers that honestly told me that the tax for the house I was looking at in Bolingbrook to too high, and they analyzed the mechanical equipment, pipelines, and wiring based on professional experience and told me some of them that needed repair. Tom and Kelley’s honesty and professionalism indeed moved me at our first meet. Then I decided to let Tom and Kelley be my brokers. I sent Tom about 40 different homes that I wanted to view in Naperville, Aurora and Bolingbrook areas. He arranged the showings and drove me to those homes. When you see Tom driving to 10 addresses a day with even using a map/navigation, then you know he is unbelievably knowledgeable about this area. We initially met Kelley at an open house, about a year before we purchased our home. She was warm and friendly when we first met her, and very professional. She asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and where. From there, Kelley followed up with us for several months with different houses that were available. Based on our replies, she fully understood what we wanted. We went on a tour of one house with Kelley and purchased it. She knows Naperville, remains professional, actually follows-up, and was a pleasure to work with. Her business partner Tom was pretty awesome too.
